In order to monitor the effectiveness of the 40 Day Health Challenge for programme participants on our TV show we partnered with Randox Health to put together a comprehensive health check that challengers could do at the start of their 40 Day Health Challenge to provide essential insights into their health and again at the end so that they could measure their progress using key biomarker data.
The 40DHC Randox health check, with its detailed blood testing, was a cornerstone of the 40-Day Health Challenge TV show, where participants embarked on a transformative journey.
Guided by experts in exercise, diet, and lifestyle, the show highlighted how small, consistent changes can lead to remarkable health improvements. By analysing key biomarkers through advanced blood testing, the 40DHC Randox health check provided the foundational data participants in the 40 Day Health challenge needed to set goals and track progress, making it a great tool to demonstrate the effectiveness of a health programme for everyone.
